Keith Olson

Over twenty years experience in commercial data processing, encompassing senior supervisory positions in data input and collection, system operations and management, product quality assurance, software technical sales, and technical support services.

Keith spent 7 years at Unison (now part of Tivoli) supporting Maestro, SpoolMate and Tapes Plus. Was QA Manager for the port of Maestro from MPE to Unix. Administers the Maestro Discussion List on the Internet and is considered one of the foremost authorities on job scheduling.

Recent engagements have focused on QA work integrating point products into OpenView Network Node Manager and IT Operations.

Scott Hirsh

Over eighteen years experience in commercial data center management and automation. HP-UX, MPE/iX, Windows NT systems administration and integration; project management, staff supervision and purchasing. User of Tivoli Maestro since 1984.

Scott's emphasis has been on the application of standard project management methodologies into data center management practices. (As Dilbert would say, "work smarter, not harder.") Data center consolidations and legacy to open system migrations have topped the list of Scott's projects in the past year.
